Monday = chest/upper back/laterals
Tuesday = shoulders/arms(biceps/triceps/forearms)
Wednesday = legs/squats/abs/lower back elliptical machine.
Thursday = Monday workout
Friday = Tuesday workout
Saturday = Wednesday workout
Thursday - Saturday light workout.
