Here's another effective diet plan. Well this was the first diet plan i try.:)
no artificial sugar
no over eating
drink alot of water
walk and walk..bored..walk with your friends..walk your with pet..walk while reading..walk while eating..just walk..it's the best exercise for you..
you need about 10,000 steps to lose weight..
10,000 steps equal 4 to 5 miles..depend how wide is your legs strike forward..
let's say a average person eat about 2,000 calories per day
3,000 calories equal 1 pound of fat..
i need about 1,800 calories per day..
this is what i eat everyday
2 eggs= 70 calorie per egg
4 cup of raw spinach= 20 calories
1 slice of whole grain bread= 120 calories
i ate 4 times a day
lets do the math.. 140+20+120=280 multiply by 4=1120 calories per day
i also walk 4 to 6 miles everyday..which i burned about 600 calories everyday depending how fast you walk..
lets do the math.. i ate about 1120 calories and i burned about 600 calories
1120-600= 520 calories
remember that my body need at least 1,800 calories to stay normal weight..
lets do the math
1800-520=1280 calories burned everyday
1280 multiply by 7(if you do it everyday for a whole week)= 8960 calories burned
since 3,000 calories equal 1 pound of fat
8,960 divided by 3,000=2.98
you'll lose 2.98 pound per week(which is the healthy rate of losing weight per week)
just walk 4 to 6 miles everyday..jog 3 times every day for cardio workout ..no need to workout..
but i recommended you to do light workout for your upper body..you'll lose weight more..
how to calculate how much calorie you need everyday
For adult males - Multiply the body weight by 10; add double thebody weight to this value.
[i.e., for a 150 lb male, 1,500 + (2 x150)=1,800 cal/day BMR]
For adult females - Multiply body weight by 10; add the body weight to this value.
[i.e., for a 120 lb female, 1,200 + 120=1,320 cal/day BMR]
